Assessments

Tools for Understanding Yourself and Others

These assessments are used to aid our coaching work, by providing insight into your motivations, behavior and strengths. In many ways they help identify and eliminate barriers to effective communication between yourself and others, so you become more effective and gain critical buy-in from those around you.

Which assessments are appropriate for your circumstances will be discussed early in our coaching relationship.
