Whether it’s the Executive Leadership Coaching Program or Career Development work that will benefit you most, I offer an initial introductory session. We’ll quickly learn if this is a good fit for both of us as we focus on three main objectives:

  • Introduce you to my style and approach;
  • Explore and outline our potential working relationship;
  • Determine what you want to achieve and clarify your current challenges.

If we both agree it’s beneficial and you choose to move forward, we’ll schedule a series of 45-minute phone sessions together.

Our work will be supported by appropriate assessments, tools and exercises to aid you in the process.

You will be granted access to the “Members” portion of the Defining Destiny web site where you can conveniently schedule sessions, communicate with me outside of our sessions, and gain access to numerous support tools.

The following guidelines are established to help you maintain momentum and insure a positive return on your investment:

  • 3 to 4 sessions of 45 minutes each per month are recommended.
  • No fewer than 2 sessions per month are required in order to continue our coaching relationship.
  • A commitment of 12 pre-paid sessions is required to begin. If at any time you are not satisfied with our work, you may cancel and receive a refund for any unused coaching sessions, less the fee for assessments that have been administered.
